Viva Las Vegas

We flew from San Antonio to Last Vegas at lunch time and picked up our new car from Hertz; a little red Nissan that Paul hates because its so slow! We found our way to the hotel and went out in search for some Cirque du Soleil – Ka tickets. We got some tickets at the hotel in the end and then went over to the MGM to pick them up about 6pm. We had a few goes on fruit machine in the MGM casino, Paul lost $20 and I won $20 so we decided to quit while we were ahead.

The show was amazing, the whole stage lifted up and there were people swinging around everywhere. It’s hard to put into words so go see it if you get the chance! Unfortunately I didn’t get any photos of the show as you are not supposed to take them. After the show we went for a walk along the strip and up to watch the fountains at the Bellagio, this was by far the biggest water display I have seen; they danced in time to the song ‘Time to say Goodbye’, it was beautiful.
